About the Course:

The course is designed to offer vital information and resources to disadvantaged and underrepresented students who are interested in applying to law school. Another important component of the course is that it will create a community where students support and learn from one another. The course has many workshops and panels that will provide insight and information on topics related to law school: personal statement workshop, attorney panels, and more. If you are interested, I highly encourage you to review the course syllabus for detailed information about the course.

How to Enroll:

There is an application process because there is a limited number of spaces available in the course. The deadline for the application is the first day of class on WEDNESDAY (1/27/10) at 5:10 PM in 258 DWINELLE. I will also have a 15-minute meeting with each applicant to learn more about the applicant and his/her reasons for joining the course. Both the written application and meeting will be used to decide who will be enrolled in the course. Students will be notified of their acceptance before the 2nd class meeting and will be provided the CCN to enroll.

**The completed application can be e-mailed to or turned in on the first day of class. APPLY EARLY.
