About the Course:

Course Description:
· Class will meet once a week for two hours.
· Course material will be centered around lectures, discussion. The first portion of class will be devoted to a lecture (speaker or movie or student presentations) followed by a discussion. There will also be a field trip TBA.
By the end of this course students will:
· Understand basic human reproductive anatomy.
· Identify, articulate and discuss global health issues around sex.
· Coherently and respectfully express point of view.
· Develop presentation skills.
· Learn about resources in the Bay Area.
Course Evaluation:
· Class participation (20%)
· Attendance (20%)
· Presentations (40%)
· Quiz (20%)
You must receive a 70% or higher to pass the class.
How to Enroll:
Those of you that emailed on/before January 19th are definitely in the class. Otherwise you are on the waitlist.
CCN's will be handed out the first day of class on Wednesday January 27th, 6-8pm in Wheeler Hall in order of expressed interest as received by your initial emails that were sent to Sarah Ismail.
