Integrative Medicine

Spring 2009 - IB 98/198 - Units: 2

This class is a survey course on a diversity of healing sciences, and medical practices. It will encompass specific fields of healthcare and medicine from all over the world as well as fields expanding in the United States. We invite professionals from practices such as: allopathy (modern western medicine), osteopathy, naturopathy, homeopathy, midwifery, Native American Medicine, acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, Taoist Medicine, ayurveda, ethnobotany, yoga, energy medicine, meditation, psychiatry, chiropractic, and many other fields to share their insight and knowledge in the healing arts of medicine across cultures.

Enrollment Info:

This decal will be taught in 10 Evans as we were unable to change rooms. Class will begin on February 2nd and we will meet on mondays 7-9pm. Please sign up for the class using the CCNs listed on this page (or on the syllabus). If you are a first or second year, please sign up using the CCN listed as "lower" and upperclassmen should sign up for IB 198 using the CCN listed as "upper".
