Deadlines for Fall 2013 Courses

The Academic Senate Deadline for Fall 2013 Courses is July 16th. Some Early Departmental Deadlines can be found here, but be sure to check with your specific Department to make sure when your deadline is.

If it’s your first time, attend a DeCal start-up workshop! Workshop dates are Mondays (3/18, 4/1, 4/8) from 1-2:30 PM and Wednesdays (3/20, 4/3, 4/9) from 5-6:30 PM in the SLC. Please RSVP here.

Spring 2013 DeCal Courses!

Courses for the Spring semester have been uploaded! We are working on changing the semester option to default to Spring 2013, but at the moment you have to manually switch it from Fall 2012.

Facilitators: if you have not gotten a welcome email, either you didn’t submit your paperwork to our office (check with your department) or we typed your email in wrong (email us).

Students: course proposals are accepted on a rolling basis, so more should be added every day!

Starting a Decal for Spring Semester 2013

We’ve been receiving a lot of inquiries about deadlines for Course Proposal Forms for Spring 2013.

If you refer to ‘How to Start One’ > ‘The Seven (7) Steps’, you’ll see that you need a number of signatures before submitting the CPFs to us. The deadline for the Academic Senate to receive Course Proposal Forms is November 7th, 2012.

Follow this link and look at the right-hand side for a list of deadlines for different departments.

DeCal Fundraiser 10/3 & 10/4

Also, if you are planning on visiting us during office hours, there is a comments section under our office hours schedule that tells you if someone is going to miss their office hours.
