About the Course:

The goal of this course is to provide undergraduates, especially those considering optometry as a possible career path, with deeper insight and inspiration into the field of optometry.

Intriguing weekly lectures from optometrists representing various modes of practice will inform students of the wide range of professional options a degree in optometry allows. The course will consist of speakers from optometrists working at private practices to those working in partnership with ophthalmologists. Guest speakers will present their past experiences, as well as their current pursuits.

This course will be held on Tuesdays from 5-6 PM in 489 Minor Hall.

How to Enroll:

This P/F course is offered on a first come, first serve basis. The class is capped at 78 students, and the waitlist, which is automatic, is limited to 20 students.
