About the Course:

Are you interested in learning about disabilities and adaptive yoga?

CalStar Yoga is a unique opportunity to learn through hands-on exercises. In this course, we will assist individuals with disabilities primarily through yoga therapy and Thai massage, along with shiatsu and other bodywork forms. Students will acquire knowledge of disabilities such as Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, spinal cord injury, arthritis, and post-stroke.

Through close interactions, it is the goal that students gain a personal understanding of individuals living with disabilities.

How to Enroll:

No previous experience required. Please join us on Fridays from 1-4pm in the RSF.
There will be three mandatory weekend workshops on yoga and massage therapy: 9/10, 10/15, 11/12, 1:30-4:30pm

FREE RSF MEMBERSHIP INCLUDED

FIRST DAY OF CLASS: Classes begin on Friday, September 8th at 1pm.
