Student Success at Cal, Part 1
About the Course:
Students will have opportunities to learn about the resources, expectations and the opportunities within the psychology major. This course will also address areas essential to academic success at Cal. Students will know about what the psychology department at Cal has to offer and how they can be successful at getting what they want out of their education. The class will meet once a week for two hours of combined lecture with discussion and collaborative learning.
There is no required text for this class, but be prepared to receive handouts.
How to Enroll:
The first class meeting will be Monday, Sept. 10.
Please sign up for the course using the correct CCNs. You must have at least Junior standing to enroll in 198 (upper division CCN).
If you have trouble signing up for the class or end up on the waiting list, please come to the first class meeting anyway, and we will try to get you in the class.
