About the Course:

Join BROCA- Learn how to read and understand papers from across the disciplines of Cognitive Science at Berkeley!

Every week, you'll read a paper written by a Berkeley professor (or grad student/postdoc), then during that class session, you'll get the chance to meet that professor in person, and ask them questions about their research and their path in academia.

To receive credit for the course, you'll have to attend class, do brief weekly assignments, a midterm project, and lastly, a final project, wherein you'll choose and read a paper in teams and make a ~5 minute presentation on it.

How to Enroll:

Course Control numbers will be assigned during our second class session on 9/7. Students who come to both the first (on 8/31) and second class sections will have priority for enrollment. Any remaining spots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Auditors may be allowed based on space limitations of the course.
