About the Course:

This course focuses on professionalism in a variety of business settings. Topics include interview preparation and execution, professional image and conduct at work, telephone and email etiquette, table manners, oral and written communication skills, and diversity in the workplace. Concentrating in class discussions with guest speakers throughout the semester, this course will provide the opportunity to acquire skills needed to perform successfully in a professional environment.
