About the Course:

In this course we will learn about nutrition and physical fitness. We will not only partake in studying, but also follow the Shaun T’s work out video, Insanity, in class. This course will help you change your bad eating habits and improve overall physical fitness. During the class, your progress will be tracked and recorded. Attendance is absolutely necessary as we will be following a fitness calendar.

How to Enroll:

We will be holding drop-in sessions where anyone can come try out the Insanity program. To be considered for enrollment, you must attend AT LEAST TWO drop-in sessions during the week of Feb. 1-5(subject to change) on MWF 6-7PM. This class is in high demand so you must show your commitment by showing up to drop-ins.
