About the Course:

Chinese dance is as broad and vast as the people themselves.  By discussing various types of Chinese cultures, we will explore a wide range of Chinese Dances.

In this class, the style of Chinese Dance we will be concentrating on will be from Taiwan.  However, the Western Contemporary styles taught in this class will vary from modern, jazz, and even hip-hop.

The goal of this class is to have a better understanding on the diversity of Chinese dance and culture by visually seeing and physically experiencing hybrid movements of... Traditional Chinese Dance and Contemporary Western Dance.

Let's have fun and Dance!
