About the Course:
Project Management is the study of managing projects effectively for business or anything that needs serious planning. From organizing a Frat party to planning a charity event to organizing a multi-million dollar project, this course gives you the tools and methodologies to initiate, plan, execute, control, and close a successful project. The course is based on the actual teachings from The Project Management Institute. The final exam has questions taken from the standard Project Management Professional Certification Exam. This will be my third semester teaching this course, I can guarantee that you will learn how to manage project workers, resources, time, budgets, and so much more. I look forward to teaching this business oriented course in Spring 2007.
How to Enroll:
You need to be in class for the first two classes. On the second class you will get your Course Entry Code (CEC) to add the class properly. You cannot add the class without both the Course Control Number (CCN) as well as the CEC.
