About the Course:

Interested in design?

This class will provide a fun and comprehensive look into all facets of  human-centered design.  Course meets weekly for two hours of discussions, hands-on activities developing fundamental design skills, field trips, and project “crit” sessions. The Design process as it relates to product, interaction, service, experience, and other types of design, will be explored. No previous design experience required. However, it is imperative that students have an open mind, a willingness to get out of their comfort zone, and a sense of humor.... Classwork includes very brief readings, videos, and two short design projects: one individual and one group.

How to Enroll:

Enrollment on first-come, first-served basis. Completion of introductory survey and attendance to first class required for enrollment. Intro Survey is posted on the web site.

Please ignore the syllabus time, the class will be held 5-7pm on Thursdays, NOT 6-8. Thank you!
