About the Course:
The Basic Cooking Decal will consist of 1 hour of lecture and a lab each week in which students will meet with their TA’s and prepare that week’s recipe. Students will learn about cooking techniques, ingredients, and nutrition.
How to Enroll:
Thank you to everyone who turned up for our first meeting. We had an exceptional turnout with over 160 in attendance, but unfortunately we only have room for 25.
Because so many people applied, it isn’t possible for us to email each of you individually, so only those chosen to take the class will be contacted by email.
Thank you again to everyone who showed up and hopefully we’ll see you again next semester!
