About the Course:

This course is an introduction to the sport of wheelchair basketball, for disabled and non-disabled students alike - you don't have to be disabled to play! Students will learn wheelchair basketball fundamentals including chair skills, offensive & defensive strategies, and the rules of the game. Class time will be divided between formal instruction, drills, skill-based games, scrimmages, and discussion. All abilities and skill levels are welcome, and wheelchairs will be provided, so come play the coolest game on earth!

How to Enroll:

The first day of class begins at 9am on January 29th, in the RSF Fieldhouse. Just show up then to get your CCN's and get enrolled. Depending on how many people show up we'll either have two sections of 1.5 hours each, or three sections of 1 hour each - so don't worry about losing a full three hours of your Friday morning. There's always plenty of room for interested students, and we'll figure out the logistics of our sections once we see who shows up on the first day. So make sure you're there
