About the Course:
This course encourages critical reflection on the global Pilipin@/American community to develop fresh leaders for a changing world. Anyone who is interested in social justice and learning more about Pilipin@/American organizing should take this course. Our class will be a safe space to challenge everyday understandings, take risks, and actively participate. By engaging one another in diverse and creative ways, we will gain new perspectives and understandings of the world.How to Enroll:
Please email course facilitators with the subject line: PC DeCal Enroll, if you are interested in enrolling. We will add you to our attendance list on the first day of class.
The CCN will be given out on the first day of class (tentatively, Monday, February 11, 2008, 5-7pm, room TBA).
