Teacal: An Introduction to the Production and Consumption of Tea
About the Course:
In this course we will introduce gong-fu tea service. We will be exploring whole-leaf, seasonal, and hand-crafted teas from China, Taiwan, China, and India.
The general format of the class will be tea drinking, followed by question and answer sessions with the facilitators.
